The aim of MHF training is to increase safety, quality and efficiency in aircraft maintenance operations by reducing human error and its impact on maintenance activities.   We provide the following MHF Course: ·         Maintenance Human Factors – Initial Training (2-day)   The course can include Fuel Tank Safety Phase 1 training where required.  Our course is designed to meet current EASA regulations i.e.: ·         Part 145.A.30(e) and associated AMC-145.A.30(e). Our courses follow the training guidelines as detailed in CAA publication CAP716.   Our delegates have access to the latest regulatory issues and updates. The courses are competitively priced assuring value for money.   With course content designed in conjunction with a pre-eminent dedicated aviation-training organisation, the needs and demands of today’s aircraft maintenance environment can confidently be addressed.   WHO SHOULD ATTEND Our courses are available to all personnel that are involved in Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (Part-145).   Delegates will leave all of our courses with:Training tailored to meet the needs of aviation and aerospace professionals in order that they comply with current EASA Part 145 legislation. The training will be delivered as per Part-145.A.30(e) and associated AMC-145.A.30(e), and CAP716.   A thorough understanding and enhanced awareness in Maintenance Human Factor influences and the impact they can have in the Aircraft Maintenance environment.All training courses will be delivered by aviation professionals, who with many years industry, will be able to bring their own experiences to the training courses.A certificate to demonstrate attendance
